A Preferred Nursing ServiceAll of our caregivers are Qualified Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, LPN's, and RN's.

Our hiring standards purposely exceed the criteria set forth by the Florida Home Health licensing authorities.

An emphasis is given to character, personality, proven skills, employment history, dependability, and maturity. All caregivers must successfully pass a Comprehensive Evaluation (written and clinical) administered by our Registered Nurse on staff.

Our caregivers are employees of A Preferred Nursing Service, not independent contractors. We comply with all State and Federal laws, including payment of taxes and provision of work related accident insurance on employees.

Of course, all caregivers are given a comprehensive background check. Additionally, A Preferred Nursing Service has a fidelity bond for its employees.
