Home Health Care and Companion Services

Our services are designed to help our clients live as independently as possible for as long as possible. From in-home care and housekeeping help to nursing home care, our services are tailored to fit the needs of both patient and family:
Skilled Nursing Services
Skilled Nursing Services provide wound care, blood draws, IV infusion, and all other skilled nursing services. Supervises and coordination of treatment plan.
Personal Care
Assistance with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, feeding and mobility.
Medication Management
For clients who need assistance with the setup and administration of medications.
Meal Preparation
Meal planning (including special dietary needs), shopping, preparation and clean up.
Surgery AfterCare Services
Compassionate care program for the post-operative phase following any type of surgery. Transportation to and from surgical procedures. Physician office visits for follow up.
Alzheimer/Dementia
Our caregivers maintain their state-required training for Alzheimer's/Dementia care which teaches them to:
- recognize symptoms of Dementia
- maintain a safe environment
- recognize and manage behavior changes
- and supervise activities for our clients
Companionship Services
Reading, letter writing, conversation, mental stimulation and companionship.
Home Help
Dusting, vacuuming, changing beds, linen changes, laundry, assisting with pet care, and taking out the garbage.
Errands
Shopping, post office, beauty or barber shop, doctor, escorts to appointments.
Respite
We provide relief for the family caregiver to help prevent burnout and relieve stress; hourly or live-in.
